How many times can I watch a video package?
Once you have signed up for an access plan, you can watch the videos on this site as many times as you like, as often as you like and at your convenience.
Why do I need to pay in order to watch the videos that are beyond the free introductions?
The information and techniques that we share in the educational videos are very valuable and allow you to save time and money from being informed. We have made arrangements for you to view these videos and learn from our experience in exchange for a small fee that helps us cover the costs and continue to produce more videos.
What should I do if I am having trouble viewing the videos?
We have gone to great lengths to ensure that our videos are easy to watch on a Mac, PC, mobile tablet, iPhone, iPad, or other smartphone. If for some reason they are not working properly, then be sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest software updates for your web browser or device. After that restart your computer or device and try to watch our videos again. If they still are not working great, please send us an email or give us a call so that we can address the issue immediately.
After I sign up for an access plan, can I download and save the videos?
The access plans are a way for you watch these videos whenever you have an internet connection for as long as you are a paid subscriber. If for some reason you need to be able to view these videos when you do not have an internet connection, please return to the plans page and click on the DVD’s available plan.
If you have already signed up, and would like to start watching videos...
...simply click on 'Sign in' at the very top of this page, enter your username and password in the spaces provided, and click 'Enter'. Now when you visit the 'Library' page, you can click on the titles of each video series and watch each clip in that series whenever you like.
If you forgot your username and password...
...just visit the 'Sign in' page and click on Forgot my password. A new space will appear where you can type in your username and click 'Send New Password'. This will send a new password to the email address you used when you originally signed up for access.
If your computer or portable device is having trouble playing the videos...
check to make sure that you have a steady wifi or cellular signal, and that you are logged in. The videos optimized to play smoothly on all major web browsers and devices.
